During my recent stay in Santa Cruz, I was impressed by the well-maintained facilities and welcoming staff. My suite, Isabela, offered ample space and a lovely sea view from the large balcony, complemented by a clean whirlpool that was prepared for my enjoyment at my request. The hotel's prime location in Puerto Ayora ensured easy access to local restaurants, though a short walk was necessary to reach the nearest beach. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail from the staff; they were always accommodating and proactive. When I experienced a mild health issue, the manager promptly assisted with medical care. The hotel's successful blend of comfort and convenience makes it a solid choice for travelers seeking a central base in the Galapagos.
